Brain Octane Oil in liquid form is quickly metabolized and does not spend a long time in your gut, and therefore does not have as strong of an impact on balancing beneficial bacteria.

Brain Octane Softgels primarily help gut health. In addition, it will give you a boost of energy. It is advised to follow the directions when taking this product.

Why are my Softgels solid white at times, and then clear liquid at other times? 
Brain Octane Softgels contain the lower particle size possible in order to have optimal absorption in your gut. The MCT particles do not separate, and because it is a fat particle, it will change size and translucency depending on its environment’s temperature. It will be solid white at cool temperatures, and liquid clear in warmer temperatures.
